Whole Health Center Houston will officially close on Friday, May 29, 2026.

After much prayer and seeking direction from the Lord, our family was clearly led to:

 

  • Close the practice
  • Move to the Hill Country
  • Join a specific church community
  • Enter a period of full sabbatical rest
This decision was not based on business or financial issues—it was a spiritual decision made in obedience.

Not at this time.
Dr. Wells will be taking a complete, uninterrupted sabbatical rest and will not practice or consult until God directs otherwise.

We are committed to finishing well and finishing strong through May 29.

Until then, we will continue providing:
  • Office visits
  • IV therapy
  • Lab orders and protocols
  • Medication refills
  • Annual exams
  • School/activity forms (including for next school year)
  • Transition notes for new providers
We strongly encourage you to schedule early to ensure availability.

Your records will remain safe and accessible even after the clinic closes.
You may request them at any time.
Please allow for extended processing time due to anticipated volume.

Our staff have our blessing to begin seeking new employment now.
Many hope to stay through May, but staffing may vary.
We (Paul and Dr. Wells) will be here through the final day.
